The Kalin Foley Cup was hosted at Heathridge oval by the Ocean Ridge JFC this year.
The game was played by the Wanneroo Y6 and the Ocean Ridge Y6 Reefs. The event is usually played by two year 7 teams to represent the age that Kalin was at diagnosis but fixturing problems meant it was not possible.
Never the less the game was played in the spirit of all things the day stands for – footy, family, friends and community coming together to support and raise awareness.
The cake stall and raffle tickets were well supported and lots of crazy odd socks were worn.
