Newly-minted West Coast premiership player Chris Masten was the headline act as dozens of cyclists and walkers gathered at McCullum Park on the Swan River foreshore for the second Ride and Stride for Sarcoma.
Coffee flowed freely in the early hours of Saturday October 28 before the riders, sporting what are still the best-looking cycling outfits in the business, set off around the Swan River down to Fremantle for the 100km and 50km rides.
Then it was on for young and old, some with furry friends, as the striders marched out from McCullum Park for the 5km and 10km walks on what turned out to be a cracking spring day in Perth.
All up, an awesome $48,000 was raised.
